Stories From Here brings together three short films created by Hudson Valley filmmakers. Laura Ornella's Diane De Niro offers absurdist comedy, Frank Theodore's Collision follows the fallout from a possible hit-and-run confession, and Mike Pirillo's It's Personal adds dark comedy and criminal intrigue. A moderated conversation after the screening will explore how regional filmmakers develop their work and how audiences, artists, and local organizations can help build a sustainable film community in the Hudson Valley.
